The month of March came marching in and oh my goodness just one more day and "poof" it will be gone! As I enter this post and add pictures of the month I see that I have been busy and occupied with family and play. I like my days filled to the brim with family! In the Price family the month of March is one of our biggest when it comes to celebrating birthday's and anniversaries.
My younger brother Val turned 50 this month. Dad, Mom, Ruth and I were lucky to spend some time with him on his special day as he blew out the candles on his cake. We love you Val and Happy Birthday!
Ruth, Lisa and Amanda hosted the Bridal Shower for my future daughter-in-law Jennifer. It was such a fun gathering! Great food, great family and we met many new faces and friends. We had such a great turnout! Andy and Jennifer received some really nice things. Thanks everyone for your support!
The week of March 15th Dad, Mom and I flew to Portland, Oregon to visit Nancy, Jim, Erin and Ali. We drove out to Cannon Beach and spent 3 glorious sunshine days. We couldn't have asked for better weather! The sounds and smell of the ocean blessed me with renewed hopes and dreams.
Dad, Mom and I lodged at The Blue Gull Inn. The rooms have all been remodeled recently and the bathroom has a jetted garden tub. Dad and Mom decided to try it out. They are so adorable! Look real close and you can see the mischievous sparkle in Mom's eye!
Nancy and Jim on an early evening stroll with their dogs - Ozzie and Dash. I love this photo of Jim and Nancy.
Dad and Mom standing water's edge at Cannon Beach Oregon. We bid beautiful Cannon Beach, Haystack Rock goodbye.
Thank you to the Clark Family for such a great vacation visit and we will see you again soon!
So now I look forward to April 3rd, Andy and Jennifer's wedding day. I will post photo's of their celebration day.
What a fun and busy month you've had, my dear! I must admit that I was getting a bit worried since it has been awhile since your last post. Congrats to the soon to be newlyweds. How fun for you!
