A new Restaurant in town!
I went on a client lunch the other day and we decided to go to this new restaurant in the heart of Salt Lake City. It is called Blue Lemon. It is quaint, vegetarian friendly and has the best food! I love hummus so I had the hummus plate which comes with pita bread triangles. I can't wait until my cousin Karen visits so I can take her there with me. Looks so yummy! I can't wait to book a flight! Unfortunately, it will have to wait until after Adeline's wedding ..the blessed event is happening in June.
